What $249 buys

A real website, not a template you fill in

Home, About, Services, Contact, and one more page of your choosing. We handle the images, the layout and the build. Send us your text, or just tell us about your business and we'll write the first draft for you.

Built to be quick

Your site loads fast on a phone on a bad signal, which is where most of your customers actually are. Speed is the whole reason we're called what we're called.

Nothing to break in

There's no login page, no plugins and no database — so there's very little for anyone to attack. Fewer moving parts is the best security there is.

Right on every screen

Phone, tablet, laptop, the big monitor in your office. Built once, works everywhere, checked on all of them before it goes live.

Email on your domain

[email protected] forwards straight to the inbox you already use. No new password, no new app to check.

Two rounds of changes

You see it, you mark up what you want different, we fix it. Twice, before launch, included — not billed by the hour.

Visitors, in plain numbers

See how many people came, what they looked at and where they came from. No cookie banner needed, because we don't track people around the internet.

Worth adding now

Bring in more work

Live in two weeks

The clock starts when we have what we need from you, and it pauses whenever we're waiting on you. We're not going to hold you to a deadline you don't control.

Tell us about the business

A short form right after you pay — what you do, who you serve, your hours, your logo and any photos you've got. Fifteen minutes, and you can come back to it.

We build it

You get a link to the real site, not a picture of one. If you didn't send text, we've written a first draft for you to correct.

You mark it up, twice

Tell us what's wrong and we fix it. Then once more. Both rounds are included — we're not counting hours against you.

It goes live

We point your domain, switch on the security certificate and set up your email forwarding. You get the analytics link and we start watching that it stays up.

We'll need your content within 30 days. If life gets in the way the project pauses and picks back up whenever you're ready — no extra charge, we just can't hold the slot.

We build on best-in-class free tools and we don't mark them up. Your chat and your booking calendar are free, they're set up in your name, and you can see the bill yourself. What you're paying us for is setting them up properly and keeping them working.

Every account we create is in your name with us added as a helper — so if you ever leave, nothing is held hostage and nothing needs untangling.

The questions everybody asks

Why is there a yearly fee if the site is already built?

Because a website is a running thing, not a finished thing. The yearly fee covers the hosting it lives on, the security certificate, the backups and the monitoring that tells us it's up. If it ever goes down, we find out before you do.

What happens if I stop paying?

If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, the site is replaced with a simple holding page until it's brought up to date. Nothing is deleted — it comes straight back the day you're settled up.

What if I want to leave?

Then you leave. Your domain is in your name and we release it, and we export every page as files and hand them to you. You bought the site — you keep it. There's no contract and no notice period.

Who owns the domain, and who pays for it?

Your call. Either you register it yourself and we connect it, or we register it for you and the renewal is covered by your yearly fee. Either way it's in your name and you can take it with you.

Can I get email addresses on my domain?

Forwarding is included — [email protected] lands in whatever inbox you already use, at no extra cost.

Worth knowing: forwarding delivers mail to you, but your replies go out from your personal address. If you want to send from your business address too, you need a proper mailbox. Zoho does a free one and Google Workspace is around $7 a month — we'll point you at whichever fits, set it up in your name, and we don't take a cut.

Isn't the chat tool free? What am I paying for?

It is free, and the account is in your name so you can check. You're paying for it to be installed properly, configured to your hours, connected to your phone and tested end to end. Not for the software.

Wix is $20 a month. Why is this different?

It is, and with Wix you build it yourself, maintain it yourself and fix it yourself when something breaks. This is a site built for you and looked after for you, for $399 a year.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

We build your site so it can be found — clean structure, fast loading, the right markup, and the Google Business Profile setup if you add it. But nobody can promise you a position in Google's results, and we're not going to be the ones who do.

If you want unlimited changes and someone actively managing the site every month, that's Kickstart, not this.

What counts as a page?

One page is one screen of content with its own web address. A long page with several sections down it is still one page. Extra pages are $99 each and you can add them later.

What if I need a change after it's live?

Small changes are $95/hour, billed in half-hour blocks, handled in queue order — usually within 10 working days. If you expect to change things regularly, the care plan covers four changes a quarter with a two-business-day turnaround.

What's the founding price about?

We're building out our portfolio, so the first 25 sites we build get their first year of upkeep for $199 instead of $399 — as long as the year is paid up front.

From your second year on, it's the standard $399. We'll tell you before that happens, not after. Once the 25th build is signed the offer closes to new customers — everyone already on it keeps the deal they signed up for.

Ready when you are

$249 to build it, $399 a year to keep it running. Live in two weeks. And while the first 25 builds last, your first year of upkeep is $199 instead of $399.
